With the YV20RS VIBRO GS SPORTS EDITION platform you can use the display to select your sport from among 25 disciplines (from football to basketball, covering sports as varied horse riding, tennis, golf or skiing).

After selecting the sport and the training exertion level (the software includes 3 preset levels + 1 user programmable level), the monitor will show the user step by step instructions for training specific to each sport, taking into account the muscles most involved in each particular sport. (and therefore the ones which need the most exercise to strengthen them).
